The Role:
As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and therapy to children aged 0–18 years, with a strong focus on early intervention, communication, social skills, and feeding support. You will manage a diverse caseload that includes language delays, developmental disabilities, neurodivergence, complex communication needs, and feeding difficulties. Working across two clinics in Bentleigh East and Malvern East, you’ll engage in both clinic and school-based sessions, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
You will benefit from structured supervision and mentoring to help you build confidence and develop your clinical skills, while delivering evidence-based therapy that empowers families and promotes meaningful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for SPA registration
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check
- Basic Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Medicare Provider Number (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for working with paediatric clients and a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
