About the Integrated Creative Comms Agency:

Our client are an award-winning integrated creative comms agency, with a focus on PR, advertising, content and experiential. They work with a plethora of highly reputable clients and house-hold names in building recognisable brands, and they now seek a Midweight Creative to join their growing team.

About the role:

This is an integrated role where the Midweight Creative will be responsible for developing campaign and platform concepts, creating identity, defining tone of voice, and naming and crafting editorial copy.

The Midweight Creative will be central to the creative process and have the opportunity to own concepts end to end. The key focus will be concept development and copywriting, and they’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and client managers to bring concepts to life.

You’ll participate in a variety of projects, from brand creation and rebranding to campaign positioning and development, social campaigns and more. This is a broad role and the work you’ll be doing will span social, digital marketing and campaigns, for both B2B and B2C brands.

You’ll engage with a range of creative disciplines and deliverables from film scripts to social content and longer form editorial. You'll inspire clients and creative teams to take bold steps and produce work that drives change.

 About you as a Midweight Creative:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent conceptual thinking for a varied range of industries and client needs
• Passion for language and are a big thinker, comfortable with collaborating on concepts, headlines, and more detailed product copy.
• Portfolio that showcases work for global brands across various industries, demonstrating your ability to develop ideas, define and apply tone of voice across different channels and audiences.
