- 3+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong experience on ground-up or new construction multi-residential projects
- Background in drywall, framing, and interiors preferred
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades on-site
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in NY/NJ union environments
- Local to or commutable to Port Chester, Haverstraw, or nearby Connecticut areas
- Experience on mid- to large-scale residential or mixed-use builds
- OSHA certification or strong safety background
