Required Skills:

• In-depth understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune), Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency with JAMF for macOS administration and application distribution.
• Hands-on experience packaging and deploying Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell and VBScript, for automation and configuration management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with automation and CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
• Experience with application remediation, privilege management, and security standards.
• Knowledge of enterprise security standards and best practices.
• Exposure to other deployment tools or platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant internship or hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in application packaging or enterprise environment deployment is a plus but not mandatory.

Other Requirements:

• Hybrid work environment based in Westbrook, ME.
• Ability to work onsite as needed, with flexibility for remote collaboration.
• Immediate availability preferred; start date ASAP.
• This role is W2 only, with a markup fee of 50%.
