Our client is a well-known Australian entertainment company with a strong presence across retail, live events and ecommerce. Due to continued growth within their merchandise division, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Inventory Administrator to join the team.
This newly created role will support the day-to-day coordination of inventory, logistics, merchandise and ecommerce administration processes within a fast-paced and growing environment.

The Role
Reporting directly into senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting day-to-day inventory and logistics administration
  • Managing purchase orders, shipping coordination and processing tasks
  • Coordinating stock movements and inventory updates across multiple sales channels
  • Maintaining accurate product, inventory and operational data
  • Assisting with ecommerce and marketplace administration processes
  • Liaising with suppliers, fulfilment centres and internal teams
  • Supporting reporting, spreadsheets and general system administration
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of the Cin7 inventory system
  • Ensuring operational tasks, timelines and processes are followed through accurately
Salary: $75K–$80K + Super
Location: Bella Vista
Hybrid: 1 day WFH

About You
This role would suit someone with experience in administration, inventory support, logistics coordination, ecommerce support or supply chain administration who enjoys structure, processing and keeping operations organised.

You will be:
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across spreadsheets, systems and operational data
  • Confident managing high volumes of administration and processing
  • Proactive and able to keep tasks moving efficiently
  • A strong communicator who can liaise professionally with suppliers and stakeholders
