Our client has a high-volume, fast-paced, workflow and a diverse team working remotely. These Presentation Operators assume responsibility for communicating with their internal clients, proactively seeking solutions to issues that may arise, and handling the department's workflows for themselves and other team members. 1 or all to also have presentation design experience in addition to presentation operator experience at an investment bank.

The ideal candidate:
  • 5+ years working in a presentation center
  • Is a PowerPoint maven
  • Is an expert in Excel charting (without custom automation)
  • Possesses a positive, customer service attitude
  • Has a sense of urgency commensurate with the volume and speed of the workflow
  • Has a high technical proficiency and exemplary customer-service skills
  • Successfully interprets requirements for work requests
  • Estimates work request completion time by determining complexity and volume
  • Prioritizes work requests based on a completion estimates, urgency and company guidelines
  • Practices professional phone and email etiquette
  • Asks smart questions and knows when to ask them
  • Conforms work within brand guidelines without being overly rigid
  • Improvises when work requests are atypical
  • Is solid working in and troubleshooting MS Office files
  • In comfortable with basic Excel formulas and functions
  • Has a familiarity with the Adobe CC Suite (Acrobat Pro/CC, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Is aware of MapInfo, OCR software and FactSet (very helpful)
  • Design ability and knowledge of Financial Services industry very helpful
  • Hand design/illustration is a nice to have for a few of our roles.
