This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 15 years within the national New build, fit out and refurbishment space.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team and work on complex commercial construction projects valued up to $30m

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
  • Previously worked on fitout, refurbishment and commercial new build projects valued up to $30m.
