Our client is a high-performing volume dealership in Wellington, known for moving metal fast and delivering top-tier customer service. They’re looking for a Service Advisor who can keep pace, stay organised, and be the friendly face customers remember (in a good way).

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing vehicle service bookings 
• Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure everyone’s on the same page
• Providing top-shelf service that keeps customers coming back & ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

What you’ll need to bring:

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role or if you have experience in customer relations - we are open to that too!
• Team player that doesn't mind helping out when it's "not your job"
• A genuine love for helping people 
• Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when the workshop's full and phones won’t stop
