What you’ll be doing:
- Managing vehicle service bookings
- Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure everyone’s on the same page
- Providing top-shelf service that keeps customers coming back & ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

- A calm, solutions-focused approach when the workshop's full and phones won’t stop
