Hiring Now: Electrical QA/QC Manager
Our Client is looking for an experienced Electrical QA/QC Manager for a permanent role based in Singapore. If you're passionate about quality assurance and control in the electrical field and ready to take on a leadership position, we want to hear from you!
Role Summary: Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will implement quality assurance policies, conduct quality audits, and analyse processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Subcontractors in preparing test documentation, handover inspection checklists and preparing and submitting operation & maintenance manuals.
- Coordinates the commissioning of electrical & mechanical systems within the teams and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for all inspections and testing documentation.
- Accountable for preparing and submitting final handover packages to the client.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project.
- Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close-out of defects.
- Liaise with the construction management team and client on installation and quality matters.
- Attending all quality management meetings.
- Responsible for the creation and submission of weekly progress reports.
General Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of Installation and commissioning standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to support, manage, lead and enthuse others.
- Present reports as required by the Project Director for presentation to the client and or other parties on all quality-related matters.
Qualifications :
- Strong managerial skills and commitment to safety and quality.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in QAQC & Commissioning.
- Data center experience & track record is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
