Front-End Developer | React, Next,js, TS, AWS

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Frontend Engineer to help shape and deliver engaging digital experiences.This role sits within a collaborative engineering team building modern applications using React and NextJS.
There is strong exposure to senior engineers, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one while continuing to build deeper technical capability.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Own the build quality of customer-facing frontend experiences
• Contribute to scalable, maintainable frontend architecture
• Develop robust, reusable UI components and patterns
• Partner across engineering, product and design to deliver cohesive solutions
• Uphold high standards in performance, accessibility and code quality
• Continuously grow technical capability and frontend craft

 Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience delivering live, customer-facing applications using React (ideally 3+ years)
• Strong capability in TypeScript and modern frontend engineering practices
• Solid understanding of React and frameworks such as NextJS, including state and component patterns
• Ability to design and build performant, testable, and maintainable UI components
• Experience working within structured design systems and reusable component libraries
• Exposure to scalable frontend approaches, such as modular or micro frontend architectures
• Confidence collaborating closely with engineering, product and design stakeholders
• A genuine commitment to frontend quality and continuous improvement in craft
