Senior Business Analyst (E1)- Strategy

A Life Insurance Japan is looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst - Strategy to leads strategic plan development including supporting detailed initiative development and monitoring of the execution status of strategic initiatives to generate group synergies.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive execution of enterprise-level strategic priorities, including M&A-related initiatives and executive governance support.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning process with Group entities and internal departments
- Develop, structure, and support execution of strategic initiatives across business units
- Monitor progress of strategic plans and ensure timely and effective execution
- Act as Project Manager for cross-functional, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Plan and manage allocation of project budgets across initiatives
- Identify and support M&A opportunities and strategic growth initiatives
- Serve as Secretariat for Executive Committee meetings and support governance operations
- Drive alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of high-quality analysis, reporting, and executive presentations

Required Skills:
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry (mandatory)

Working Hours:  9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri) 
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home) 
Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
