This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Residential Property Paralegals looking to join a respected Scottish firm with a strong and long-established presence across the Highlands and Islands.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced legal professionals while managing transactions from start to finish within their own caseload.
 
The role will involve:

• Assisting with title due diligence
• Preparing standard securities and discharges
• Ordering and reviewing searches
• Preparing Land Registration applications
• Managing LBTT submissions
• Submitting deeds for registration
• Supporting a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
