• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 36/48-hour rotation
Contract:
• 26-week contract
• Firm Start Date: 07/01/2026

Pay:
Local:
• $40/hr
Travel (50+ miles):
• $20/hr taxable
• $863.27/week stipends (non-taxed)
Weekly Gross:
• Approx. $1,583.27/week (36 hrs)
• Approx. $1,903.27/week (48 hrs)
Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking LPNs for Northwest Community Services in Marshall, MO. This position involves providing direct nursing care and assisting individuals with activities of daily living in a residential home setting. Nurses will work closely with NWCS staff to support medically complex clients in a structured care environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and bed making
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, height, and weight
• Provide trach care including suctioning, changing inner cannula and straps, and humidification management
• Assist with g-tube and suprapubic catheter care
• Perform nebulizer treatments and blood sugar checks
• Administer insulin as needed based on glucose levels
• Pass medications to individuals in the home
• Report changes in client condition and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Active Missouri LPN license
• BLS certification
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting
• Must complete NWCS Family Care Safety Registration
• Experience with trach care, suctioning, g-tubes, or medically complex patients preferred
