This is a hands-on Store Manager role where you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store. From leading a small team to building strong customer relationships, you’ll be at the centre of both operations and sales performance. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll manage everything from customer engagement to stock and store presentation, while driving repeat business and delivering a consistently strong in-store experience.

- Lead and support a small team to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales performance through customer engagement and relationship building
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock, merchandising, and presentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and trade customer
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and support business growth
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and store organisation.
