RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit quarterly financial reporting packages for regional affiliates
- Support statutory audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders for financial data collection and reporting
- Drive and support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Power BI dashboards, workflow automation)
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate manual accounting processes
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and operational support
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GL, journal entries, financial reporting)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digital tools
- Familiarity with process improvement or automation in finance is an advantage
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
