Victorian Operations Lead (Maternity Cover)

About the Role
This is a hands-on Operations Lead role where you will drive the day-to-day delivery of the Victorian program.

You’ll play a key role in program coordination, Salesforce CRM management, stakeholder communications, and event delivery, while supporting a broader national operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, systems-driven environments and enjoys improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Coordinate end-to-end program operations (applications, placements, training)
• Act as the main contact for participants and partner organisations
• Manage stakeholder communications including enquiries and updates
• Plan and deliver training sessions and events (11 annually)
• Support ongoing CRM and systems improvements
• Collaborate with national teams to ensure consistent processes

About You

• 3–5+ years’ experience in operations, program coordination, or project support
• Strong Salesforce or CRM experience (essential)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable Experience

• Experience in not-for-profit or purpose-led organisations
• Exposure to CRM implementation or digital transformation
• Event coordination or training logistics experience
• Experience with tools such as SharePoint or Dropbox
