Quarry Worker - Teralba
We are seeking an experienced Quarry Worker for a busy quarry operation in Teralba, NSW. This is a hands-on role for someone with quarry, mining, civil, or heavy industry experience who is safety-focused and reliable. Previous Sales Loader experience is required for this role.

We are seeking an experienced Quarry Worker for a busy quarry operation in Teralba, NSW. This is a hands-on role for someone with quarry, mining, civil, or heavy industry experience who is safety-focused and reliable. Previous Sales Loader experience is required for this role.
The Role
Operate fixed and mobile plant, including sales loader duties, support load and haul, stockpiling and load-out activities, and help achieve daily production targets. Safety and compliance with site procedures and legislation are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate front end loaders, including Sales Loader duties
- Operate dump trucks, rigid/artic trucks and excavators
- Conduct pre-start inspections and complete maintenance records
- Perform load and haul, stockpiling and load-out operations
- Load customer vehicles safely and efficiently in line with site procedures
- Monitor product quality and report contamination issues
- Maintain dust suppression and housekeeping standards
- Participate in toolbox talks and complete risk assessments
- Identify and report hazards and plant defects
- Support plant utilisation and production targets
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year quarry, mining, civil, or heavy industry experience
- Previous Sales Loader experience
- Proven experience operating mobile plant
- Strong safety focus and adherence to procedures
- Reliable, fit for duty, and team-oriented
- Certificate III in Extractive Surface Operations
- HR Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- CN Crane Licence
- Shot Firer’s Ticket
- Stable, long-term work
