We're looking for a driven ASM to partner with the existing Store Manager and help keep this store at the front of the pack.
What's On Offer
- Salary: $59k - $62k base (negotiable for the right person)
- Roster: Sunday to Thursday, 38 hours — no rotating shifts, no late nights
- Uniform: Full head-to-toe branded kit refreshed every 6 months
- Incentives: Monthly store bonus, KPI voucher rewards, and team-based competitions
- Leadership: You'll be working alongside an exceptional Store Manager with nearly a decade of tenure in this store — someone who is laid-back, highly supportive, and leads from the floor, not from an office.
This is a hands-on, high-energy position where you'll co-run daily operations and mentor a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. Day-to-day you'll be:
- Leading, coaching and developing a tight crew of upto 10 staff
- Driving sales, hitting conversion targets and delivering elite customer service
- Holding the floor to a high visual merchandising standard
- Building a culture where the team pulls their weight and actually wants to be there
- Running the store end-to-end in the Store Manager's absence
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager — or a strong Senior Supervisor ready to take the next step
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate staff and lead from the front
- Commercially sharp — you understand retail KPIs and how to drive numbers through customer engagement
- Practical, down-to-earth and collaborative — happy to own and master the ASM seat and seeking role stabilty
