A&D Specification Business Development Manager

The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and highly connected A&D Specification BDM to drive business growth through strong relationships across the architectural and design community. This is a strategic, design-led sales role where your ability to inspire, influence, and deliver will directly contribute to major project wins.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Proactively engaging with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to secure project specifications
• Presenting product solutions and design inspiration in client studios, showrooms, and project sites
• Managing the sales cycle from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and commercial outcomes
• Developing and executing a territory plan to exceed targets and KPIs
• Representing the brand at industry events, design shows, and networking functions

About You You’re a natural relationship builder with a keen eye for design and a track record of delivering results in the A&D or premium interiors market. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in architectural specification sales, ideally in soft furnishings, textiles, wallcoverings, or related interiors products
• Strong network within the architecture and design community
• The ability to present confidently to design professionals and influence decision-making
• A commercial mindset with the drive to exceed sales targets
• High levels of self-motivation, organisation, and presentation skills
