About the Role

In this role, you’ll work with a diverse caseload across the lifespan, supporting individuals with communication and/or swallowing difficulties in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community environments. You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on achieving real, measurable outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and/or swallowing difficulties
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with client goals
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions across a varied caseload
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation for stakeholders (including NDIS where applicable)
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals
- Provide education, guidance, and support to clients and their support networks
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) registration (or eligibility)
- Experience working within community, disability, or clinical settings (NDIS exposure highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously
- Passion for delivering client-centred, outcome-driven care
- Current driver’s licence (community-based work involved)
