You’ll lead a small, high-performing team while remaining actively involved in campaign delivery, CRM strategy and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing & Communications team (5)
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, CRM, web, SMS, social, print)
- Drive audience growth, engagement and retention across a national database
- Oversee marketing for events, webcasts and digital learning products
- Own CRM and marketing automation (e.g. ActiveCampaign)
- Analyse performance and optimise campaigns using data insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, editorial, events and sales
- Test and scale new growth channels, including paid media
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in marketing, digital or comms
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience
- Strong multi-channel campaign and CRM expertise
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, commercial mindset
- Experience in healthcare, education or events (preferred)
- Paid media and digital product exposure a plus
