The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and motivated salesperson to spearhead growth in the Melbourne market. This role is predominantly outbound sales, targeting gyms, personal trainers, and fitness enthusiasts, while also managing a steady stream of inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales activity to grow the Melbourne customer base.

  • Manage inbound leads, providing tailored solutions to prospective customers.

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with gym owners, fitness businesses, and end consumers.

  • Represent the brand at industry events and fitness expos.

  • Collaborate with the broader team to achieve revenue goals and contribute to the company’s growth.


About You

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in fitness, retail, or B2B environments.

  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Driven, competitive, and resilient, with the ability to hit and exceed sales targets.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage both outbound prospecting and inbound sales.
