Emanate Technology is proud to be partnering with a Federal Government department on a critical, high impact Salesforce transformation program that supports services delivered directly to the Australian public.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to help support, enhance, and evolve a large‑scale Salesforce platform as part of a well funded, long term program of work. You’ll join a collaborative, forward‑thinking delivery team working on a genuinely meaningful national platform.

The Opportunity In this role, you’ll contribute across end to end Salesforce development and support, working closely with technical teams, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, best‑practice solutions. The environment is both delivery‑focused and supportive, offering stability alongside engaging technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices
• Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements across the Salesforce platform
• Provide hands‑on support for break/fix issues and ongoing system maintenance
• Build client‑specific solutions using Apex and Lightning Components
• Configure Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, workflows, approvals, and automation
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to deliver complete, production‑ready solutions
• Research and implement AppExchange products where appropriate
• Investigate and resolve integration challenges in collaboration with development and operations teams
• Develop prototypes and proof of concept Salesforce applications
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and communicate emerging trends and opportunities
