We’re working with a well-established, high-volume brand in Auckland that’s on the lookout for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager. This is a key leadership position in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your ability to inspire, drive performance, and lead with integrity will be highly valued.

About the role:
You’ll be leading a dynamic team of sales consultants, managing day-to-day operations of the showroom floor, and taking ownership of sales performance. Your ability to coach, mentor, and motivate will play a pivotal role in driving results – and yes, you’ll be well-rewarded for it.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in vehicle sales management (volume brand experience preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
• A results-driven mindset – you know how to set goals and hit them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of dealership KPIs, stock control, and CRM systems
• The ability to work weekends
• Ability to create a strong customer-focused culture
• Full NZ driver’s licence and a genuine love for the automotive industry
