A nationally recognized academic medical center in Tennessee is expanding its Emergency Medicine team. Join a ideal for emergency physicians passionate about trauma, teaching, and systems improvement. Position Highlights:
- 12 or13 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
- Supported by APPs, residents, and fellows
- Level I trauma center, among the busiest in the U.S.
- 2026 and J-1 and H-1B visa support available
- Academic appointment with opportunities for teaching and research
- Launching a $1–1.5 billion new academic medical campus near downtown
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $389,000 for 12 shifts anything over 12 shifts is paid a $275 an hour
- Up to $25,000 annual performance bonus
- Sign-on bonus up to 25k
- Full benefits package including paid malpractice, generous retirement plan with matching
- Student loan repayment assistance available
