Senior Carpenter – North Shore Projects
New Builds & High-End Renovations | Up to $130K + Super
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Carpenter to join our growing team working across high-quality residential projects on Sydney’s North Shore.
Our projects include custom new builds and large-scale renovations valued up to $5M, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism on site.

About the Role You’ll be working closely with site supervisors and trades across a range of architecturally designed homes and renovations. The role suits someone confident leading by example, maintaining high standards, and delivering quality finishes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
  • Strong carpentry skills across residential construction
  • Experience in new builds and/or renovations
  • Ability to read plans and work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Driver’s licence and own tools preferred
