Summary
You will drive the transformation of core maintenance operations by developing next-generation Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) capabilities. Responsibilities
You will drive the transformation of core maintenance operations by developing next-generation Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) capabilities. Contributing across the design, build, and operational phases, your work integrates packaged solutions with internal bespoke applications, IoT, ERP, and analytics frameworks. This role enables you to significantly impact digital transformation efforts within a major enterprise ecosystem while enhancing application performance, scalability, and system automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions in IBM Maximo Asset Management using JavaScript and Python.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Maximo applications with third-party software platforms.
- Participate in design and code reviews to enforce quality standards and architecture guidelines.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation covering system customizations, configurations, and API interfaces.
- Support Maximo version upgrades, migrations, and system validation workflows within defined SLAs.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant software application development or support experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, and application extensions.
- Experience with integration frameworks such as MIF, MEA, or standard REST API troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Maximo application security, access control mechanisms, or industry-specific domain configurations.
- Strong communication, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration skills.
