Qualifications
  • Bilingual English and Spanish 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing (solid dosage, liquids, or similar)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practices
  • Experience with batch records, SOPs, and deviation investigations
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and output targets
  • Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, FDA regulations, and company quality standards
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
  • Lead, train, and develop production staff, including performance management and coaching
  • Review batch records, production documentation, and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to resolve deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures
  • Track KPIs such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and labor utilization
  • Support audits and inspections (internal and external)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
