What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Lathe Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision-turned components according to specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Machine Adjustments: Perform minor program edits, tool changes, and machine adjustments to maintain proper tolerances.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while contributing to overall production efficiency and quality.

- Prior experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing or job shop environment
