Forklift Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $18-21/hr

Position Summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Union City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise—while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding or LTL (less-than-truckload) operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to company standards.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and verifying shipment accuracy.

• Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as required.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Follow all safety guidelines, equipment operating procedures, and company policies.

• Support general warehouse functions including labeling, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain).

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

• Preferred: Experience in freight forwarding or LTL operations.

• Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Basic math and computer skills; inventory systems experience a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

• Must be able to move at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season and warehouse conditions.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
