Manufacturing Support Cleaner

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Support Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean working environment that meets the standards of (GMP) Good Manufacturing Practices. This position will coordinate and perform all supplemental large equipment cleaning as well as support daily, weekly and monthly cleanings in the manufacturing facility for rooms and critical equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform cleaning operations under client SOP guidelines. Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed.
Notifies management about problems or opportunities that affect compliance and safety.
Performs other cleaning-related duties as required, i.e. rust abatement.
Detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).
Duties include but not limited to micro-cleaning all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
Review change to cGMP documentation and re-train.
All other duties as defined by your supervisor.
Safety:
Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements
Wear proper PPE that may include respirator to protect from cleaning agents, safety shoes, gloves
Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Ability to speak and read English is required

Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance
