Duties & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing repairs, maintenance, and contractor relationships
- Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency processes
- Resolving issues professionally and proactively
- Maintaining accurate records and using property management software effectively
- Proven experience as a residential Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy legislation
- Confident managing all aspects of property management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, or equivalent, preferred
