Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead geotechnical construction projects, particularly those involving deep foundations and earth retention systems, from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Construction Solutions: Develop and implement effective strategies for deep foundation and earth retention projects, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and innovative engineering techniques.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide technical insights and updates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and construction teams, ensuring technical accuracy and fostering a culture of safety and excellence in all operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional Engineer License: A valid PE license is required.
• Geotechnical Construction Expertise: Proven experience in geotechnical construction, with a strong focus on deep foundation systems (such as drilled shafts, micropiles, and driven piles) and earth retention techniques (including sheet piles, soldier piles, and soil nail walls).
• Project Experience: A strong track record of managing complex geotechnical construction projects, ideally with a blend of field and office responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with geotechnical construction software and tools is beneficial.
