This is a well-presented service with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. The provider is seeking a dedicated leader who is committed to maintaining exceptional standards, supporting staff development, and creating a true home-from-home atmosphere for residents. The Role As Care Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, strong compliance, and a positive culture for both residents and staff. You will lead an established team, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of elderly care are consistently achieved.
