The business is at an exciting stage of scale - expanding internationally and investing heavily in its next phase of commercial growth across Europe.

This is a high-impact, player-coach role, ideal for someone who thrives in a build environment while staying close to the deals. You’ll take ownership of a greenfield territory, shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving new business from day one.


The Role

  • Lead new logo acquisition across Europe, targeting broadcasters, sports, and news organisations
  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with senior leadership
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, remaining hands-on in key deals
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team (initially 1–2 hires)
  • Help bring structure and predictability to the revenue function, including pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align commercial efforts

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven door opener with a strong network across media, OTT, broadcast, or video tech
  • Track record of winning new business and scaling revenue in Europe
  • Experience operating in a player-coach or leadership role within a growing organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build strategy while executing tactically
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven sales environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business where you’ll help bring structure without slowing momentum
