Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating monthly billing files to be uploaded into SAP for numerous Veterinary Software Products.
- Auditing against monthly promotions and adjustments to ensure accuracy of billing against contracts and ensuring compliance with audit standards and financial guidelines.
- Executing one-time and repeating billing using Excel, SAP, and billing systems (e.g., ChargeBee) on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborating with leadership and internal stakeholders on billing process design for new software products, and process workflow improvements for existing software products.
- Addressing internal and external customer inquiries regarding billing in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Data Analytic skill set, including intermediate to advanced experience in Excel (i.e., SUM, V or X LOOKUP familiarity).
- Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills to effectively resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience working with SAP for order entry and reporting (training is available for the right candidate).
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, paired with excellent attention to detail.
