This is an opportunity to step into a client-facing Account Executive role where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, working closely with insurers and internal broking teams to deliver end-to-end service, including renewals, policy placement, risk advice, and claims support.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and experienced team where technical expertise, client care, and long-term relationship building are genuinely valued—not just performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Conduct policy reviews, renewals, and endorsements across multiple lines of insurance
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their risk and insurance needs
- Liaise and negotiate with insurers to secure appropriate coverage and competitive terms
- Provide guidance and support throughout the claims process
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal documentation
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and improved client coverage
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal broking standards
About You
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and placement process
- Confident in managing client relationships and insurer negotiations
- Detail-oriented with strong organisation and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented mindset
