About the Role
In this field-based position, you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient waste management services while maintaining a professional and friendly presence with customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining plant and equipment
- Assisting with site operations and general labouring tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting safe and effective waste handling processes
Essential:
- Class C driver licence (manual driving ability required)
- Hepatitis A & B immunisation
- General labouring experience and willingness to take on varied tasks
- Basic digital literacy
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including outside standard hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- HR licence
- Experience operating a weighbridge (including cash handling and computer systems)
- Experience with heavy plant and machinery
- White Card (Construction Industry Induction)
