About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Industrial Relations, this is a newly created permanent role providing specialist Industrial Relations support to a designated portfolio, including:
- Supporting/leading enterprise bargaining processes, ensuring strong input, ownership, and prioritisation across business units/regions, depending on level of experience.
- Managing industrial relations within the business, including EA compliance, dispute resolution, and union engagement.
- Drafting and interpreting enterprise agreements and modern awards.
- Preparing documentation for enterprise agreement submissions to the Fair Work Commission.
- Supporting Payroll with the implementation of new enterprise agreements and award updates.
- Maintaining manager guides and compliance materials for enterprise agreements.
- Providing advice and coaching to HRBPs on performance, disciplinary matters, investigations, and Award/EA interpretation.
- Supporting responses to unfair dismissal and other FWC claims, including attending conciliations as required.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidance materials, and training.
