Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to all departments to ensure quality resident care and services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and overall facility operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to support staff engagement and retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license (required).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or senior living environment.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with financial and operational performance.
