In this role, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships. You will work closely with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver strategic insurance solutions and support the continued development of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a portfolio of corporate insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate placement of risks, including preparation of underwriting submissions, policy documentation, and endorsements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, underwriters, and market partners.
  • Review and analyse client risk profiles to recommend suitable insurance solutions and coverage terms.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the existing portfolio and contribute to new business development.
  • Monitor existing accounts to proactively identify risks, retention opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of insurance market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient servicing of accounts.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior team members where required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and reporting obligations.

 

About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate insurance broking and client management.
  • Strong technical understanding of insurance products and risk placement.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities within an existing portfolio.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
