As Junior Project Manager, you will be thrown into a dynamic, fast-moving project environment from day one, with an immediate and strong pipeline of minor works projects ready for you to drive. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work across the full project lifecycle, managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track from pre-construction through to handover. With variety across project size and scope, you will build your experience fast, sharpen your skills across the board, and position yourself for long-term growth within a business that rewards results.

DUTIES
- End-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Subcontractor management and on-site coordination
- Client and stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Service coordination and procurement
- Variation preparation and contract administration
- Project programming and scheduling
- Cost control and budget tracking
- WHS compliance and safety management
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
- Proven background as a Site Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or Junior Project Manager
- Exposure to minor works or commercial fitout projects, highly regarded
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and driving project delivery
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A track record of stability and commitment with previous employers
