The organisation
A specialist private cardiology and cardiac imaging centre in Melbourne is looking to recruit an experienced Echocardiographer, with ImagingHQ managing the placement. This centre operates an integrated cardiology and imaging service with cardiologist-supervised echocardiography lists and a strong commitment to diagnostic quality.
The role
You will perform transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), stress echocardiography (exercise and dobutamine), and agitated saline contrast (bubble) studies. You will work directly alongside consultant cardiologists and contribute to image interpretation review and clinical governance.
What we're looking for
ASA accreditation is required. Demonstrated echocardiography experience — including TTE and ideally stress echo — is essential. ACS (cardiac) credential via ASUM is highly regarded. Overseas-trained sonographers with equivalent qualifications are warmly encouraged to apply. ImagingHQ can assist with ASMIRT skills assessment and the subsequent ASA accreditation application process.
