Reporting to the Team Leader, Facility Booking Officer supports the effective use of civic and community facilities through the administration of bookings and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookings for civic and community facilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to community groups and internal and external hirers
  • Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support facility activation activities
