Teamforce Labour are looking for experienced COSS operatives to join our team for ongoing weekend shifts in Leeds. Both day and night shifts are available.

Role:
  • Act as Controller of Site Safety to ensure safe working practices on site
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with railway safety regulations
  • Liaise with site teams and other safety personnel to manage risks
  • Maintain accurate safety logs and records
Requirements:
  • Valid COSS certification
  • Proven experience in a COSS role
  • Strong understanding of railway safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and make critical safety decisions
  • Flexibility to work weekends, including 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
