The company offers a collaborative and rewarding work environment, driven by a high-performing, close-knit team. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic business in their Queen's Park office.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include the following:

• Manage property sales from appraisal through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct viewings and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
• Contribute to business development and market presence.
• Uphold the company’s values and service standards at all times.

As the Sales Negotiator, you will be rewarded with the following:

• £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
• A commission structure that rewards success.
• £55,000 - £60,000 OTE.

Required Skills of the Sales Negotiator:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Previous estate agency experience preferred, but not essential for the right individual.
