The Role:
  • Support delivery of a $70M luxury residence from early stages through to completion
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration
  • Work closely with Project Manager, site team, and consultants
  • Assist in driving cost control, program, and quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a CA on luxury residential projects (essential)
  • Exposure to high-end finishes and bespoke builds
  • Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a design-led, client-facing environment
