Machine Operator – Albany, NY
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Monday-Thursday/6am-4:30pm or Tuesday-Friday/6:00am-4:30pm.
Experience: No prior experience required

We’re looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn. Full training is provided – no experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to meet production and quality standards

  • Follow job orders and production instructions accurately

  • Inspect products for quality, alignment, and consistency

  • Perform routine minor maintenance on equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Collaborate with team members and QA to ensure consistent production quality

  • Use basic computer programs as needed

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as required

  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to follow instructions and read job orders accurately

  • Basic computer skills (Excel or similar programs)

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work overtime if needed
