We're on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor to be the friendly face between our clients and the service team.

You'll greet customers, keep them updated, help with quotes & timelines, upselling where it makes sense, and keep the workflow humming between the workshop and front desk.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements
• Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
• Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
• Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records in our service management system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Have experience in a vehicle dealership aftersales environment
• Know your way around vehicles and service systems
• Are people with great communication skills
• Are super organized and love a fast-paced environment
