About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, and enhancing audience engagement across multiple platforms.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand content while contributing insights and ideas to continually improve performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content across digital, social, web, and event channels
- Develop high-quality assets (posts, videos, storytelling) aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain and execute the content calendar, using insights to optimise performance
- Deliver digital campaigns and coordinate projects within agreed timelines
- Collaborate with vendors and build/optimise campaign or event websites
- Track performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to team initiatives and stay up to date with digital trends
You’re a creative thinker with a passion for digital engagement and a strong eye for design. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering high-quality content that connects with audiences.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing or content role
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and/or multimedia content
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with video production and editing
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Availability to start immediately
- Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment
